Well I am a man and the tools of the kitchen are no different then the shop/studio tools are toys. Here are a few I use all the time there is the KitchenAid Pro 600 with meat grinder attachment I like grinding my own meats. I also use it make dough and to mix things no matter what size a must have I think. Then there is a sausage stuffer I make sausages fresh and preserved. The Atlas pasta machine is handy for everything from pasta to making ones own won ton skins. Then there are the pots and pans, and good quality knives.

So what are some of the tools you think are handy for the home kitchen?
